A smoothie that is low in sugar and still tastes great. It has jolt of caffeine to wake you up in the morning. Though it has coffee in it, this smoothie does taste like vanilla ice cream. The amount of good fats makes this a great breakfast replacement or a great midday snack.

Instructions

  1. In order to freeze coffee, add 12oz of brewed coffee to a standard ice tray. Place in freezer until completely frozen.
  2. Add 5 ice cubes of frozen coffee to a blender along with the other ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass. Wait 5-6 minutes for the chia seeds to thicken the smoothie. Enjoy!
