Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese, sweetener and vanilla in a medium bowl. Mix until nice and creamy.
  2. Mix in half of the heavy cream. Let sit for 3 minutes so sweetener is absorbed. Mix in the rest of the heavy cream and continue mixing until the mixture is thick. Firm peaks should begin to form.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a pastry bag. Pipe the mixture into 18 mini cupcake liners. Place in the fridge for at least an hour. Keep refrigerated and enjoy any time.
