Thai Pork Salad

Pulled pork, often associated with American BBQ, with a Thai spin and made into a salad. This is a great recipe for using up pulled pork. I usually cook a pork loin in the crockpot and like to have a couple different meals from it.

Instructions

  1. Chop cilantro and zest 1/2 lime. Then combine all the sauce ingredients together.
  2. Mix the thai bbq sauce together well, and then set aside.
  3. Using your fingers, or a knife, pull apart the pork. Take some of the sauce and mix in with the pulled pork.
  4. Assemble the salad and glaze over the pork with the rest of the sauce.
