Though not traditional fudge, this sugar free version is very good. The serving is small but it is enough to satisfy you sweet tooth. You can add nuts if you like but I prefer it without.

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate slowly in microwave. 30 second intervals should work.
  2. Beat the cream cheese then add in the melted chocolate. Add the Splenda and vanilla. then mix well.
  3. Line an 8x8 pan with aluminum foil. Pour in the mixture and spread out evenly. Refrigerate for a couple hours. Cut into squares and store in a covered container in the fridge.
