Instructions

  1. Separate pumpkin seeds from the meat of the pumpkin.
  2. Wash the pumpkin seeds.
  3. Dry the seeds.
  4. Add oil to a bowl with the seeds in them and mix.
  5. Line a pan with foil and spread the seeds out.
  6. Cook in an oven at 400F, stirring twice at 10 minutes then twice at 5 minutes.
  7. After 30 minutes, watch until done.
