- Combine almond flour, flaxseed meal, 1 tbsp. heavy cream, and half of the Buff Bake Red Velvet in a bowl.
- Microwave for 90-120 seconds or until entire surface is cooked. Microwave time will vary.
- Combine 1/2 tbsp. heavy cream with the remainder of the Buff Bake Red Velvet using a spoon.
- Spread the mixture on top of the cookie evenly.
