Instructions

  1. Mix all wet ingredients together, then sift the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  2. Mix everything together until a slightly liquidy batter is formed.
  3. Heat waffle iron, then spray with coconut oil and pour batter onto waffle iron.
  4. Cook until waffle iron indicates it is finished, then cook longer or remove waffles.
  5. Cut, top with some sugar-free maple syrup and pecans, and enjoy!
