- [Crust] 3/4 cup Almond Flour
- [Crust] 1/2 cup Flaxseed Meal
- [Crust] 1/4 cup Butter
- [Crust] 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- [Crust] 25 drops Stevia
- [Filling] 4 oz Cream Cheese
- [Filling] 1/3 cup Pumpkin Puree
- [Filling] 2 tbsp Sour Cream
- [Filling] 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
- [Filling] 3 tbsp Butter
- [Filling] 1/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- [Filling] 25 drops Stevia
- Mix together dry ingredients for crust, then add in butter and stevia and mix together well.
- Form small spheres with the dough and press into the tart pans.
- Combine all ingredients for the filling, then immersion blend until smooth.
- Spread filling into crusts, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
