Protein Macro Pancakes

These are cream cheese pancakes with protein powder added. The serving size is for one. Of course, if you eat more than one just double or triple the macros. The recipe is for 20 pancakes. To make 20 pancakes use 1/4 cup and fill a little from the top. About 3/4 full will work. Remember to up the macros count if you add syrup or butter.

Instructions

  1. Place the eggs, cream cheese and butter in a blender. Blend until combined.
  2. Add the protein powder to the blender and blend. Next add in the vanilla and blend.
  3. Pour the batter into a skillet over medium high heat and cook for 2 minutes on each side.(Fill 1/4 cup measurement 3/4 full to get approximately 20 pancakes)
  4. Enjoy with your favorite sugar free syrup.
