- Place the eggs, cream cheese and butter in a blender. Blend until combined.
- Add the protein powder to the blender and blend. Next add in the vanilla and blend.
- Pour the batter into a skillet over medium high heat and cook for 2 minutes on each side.(Fill 1/4 cup measurement 3/4 full to get approximately 20 pancakes)
- Enjoy with your favorite sugar free syrup.
