Instructions

  1. Drain, peel, and cut shrimp into thirds. Make sure they are dry.
  2. Chop 4 stalks of spring onions finely.
  3. Add shrimp, pork, onions, spices, fish sauce, sesame oil, and egg to a large Ziploc bag. Mix well.
  4. Remove air from bag and roll into a log shape. Marinate for 2-3 hours.
  5. Preheat oven to 375F.
  6. Chop all bell peppers into quarters.
  7. Spoon your marinated mixture onto the pepper quarters, bake for 35 minutes.
  8. Turn tray around, bake another 5 minutes. Remove.
