Instructions

  1. Split the low carb pita in half and place on a foil-lined sheet.
  2. Rub with some olive oil and toast for 1-2 minutes at 450 degrees to crisp it.
  3. Spread the sauce over the pita bread.
  4. Cover with cheese and toppings.
  5. Cook for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
