Pork chops with a nice parmesan crust. All you need to do is add some mashed cauliflower and a veggie and you have a great meal.

Instructions

  1. Grate the parmesan cheese and combine with almond flour.(Add salt and pepper to taste and if you like a little garlic powder.)
  2. Whisk the egg and then place in a shallow dish.
  3. Dip the pork chops in the egg making sure to coat both sides. Then coat both sides of the pork chop the parmesan mix.
  4. After all your chops are coated fry each chop in bacon grease for 1 minute per side.
  5. Cook in oven at 400 until at desired temperature.
