- Grate the parmesan cheese and combine with almond flour.(Add salt and pepper to taste and if you like a little garlic powder.)
- Whisk the egg and then place in a shallow dish.
- Dip the pork chops in the egg making sure to coat both sides. Then coat both sides of the pork chop the parmesan mix.
- After all your chops are coated fry each chop in bacon grease for 1 minute per side.
- Cook in oven at 400 until at desired temperature.
