- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Cut chicken into chunks and season with salt and pepper. Then prep sauce by combining all other ingredients.
- Add 1/3 of sauce to the bottom of a casserole dish. Toss the chicken in the rest of the sauce. Place the coated chicken in the casserole dish.
- Place in oven for 30-35 minutes.
- To finish the chicken off, broil for an additional 4-5 minutes.
