- Pre-heat oven to 400F.
- Line a 9x9 baking pan with foil and lay the fish inside of the pan.
- Season fish with salt, pepper, lemon juice, garlic, and fresh basil.
- Spread mayonnaise over the top of the fish, then sprinkle parmesan cheese and pork dust over the top.
- Bake for 16-18 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
