No Bake Ganache Cheesecake

I love no bake recipes. They are so much easier. This one is so delicious I could eat it on a weekly basis. The only time involved is the refrigeration time. Of course if you can't wait eating it before the time is up is always an option.

Chocolate and cheesecake are great together. I could just keep the ganache around and eat it whenever a craving strikes.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cream together the cream cheese and sour cream. Next mix in the heavy cream. While continuing to mix, add in the sweetener. Mix well.
  2. Spoon mixture into 4 muffin tins. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or freeze for 1-2 hours.
  3. (Ganache Topping) Melt the chocolate. Add the heavy cream and mix well. Add the water and mix to a thick consistency.(Add more water if needed.)
  4. Pour ganache over the top of chilled cheesecakes. Enjoy.
