- Cream together the cream cheese and sour cream. Next mix in the heavy cream. While continuing to mix, add in the sweetener. Mix well.
- Spoon mixture into 4 muffin tins. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or freeze for 1-2 hours.
- (Ganache Topping) Melt the chocolate. Add the heavy cream and mix well. Add the water and mix to a thick consistency.(Add more water if needed.)
- Pour ganache over the top of chilled cheesecakes. Enjoy.
