This is type of fathead dough bread. Just another variation cooked in a muffin tin. It is amazing how some cheese flour and egg can come together to make bead. Since it is baked in muffin tin, you can cut it in half and make a sandwich with it.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray.
  2. Melt the cheese in a microwave. Add the flour while cheese is still hot. Mix the two together well.
  3. Add the egg and mix in.
  4. Split the batter between 4 muffin tins. Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Muffins should be golden brown. Remove from oven and enjoy warm or let cool and make a breakfast sandwich with it.
