Instructions

  1. Layer one-third of the roast beef in the bottom of your dish.
  2. Carefully spread out 1/2 tablespoon of sour cream.
  3. Spread out 1/2 tablespoon of the green chile.
  4. Layer on 1/2 ounce of the pepper jack cheese.
  5. Repeat with another layer of roast beef, sour cream, chile, and cheese.
  6. Finish it off with a layer of roast beef, the last 1/2 ounce of cheese, and the last tablespoon of green chile.
  7. Microwave for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
