This recipe requires a donut maker. It really is a great investment. It is similar to a waffle maker but has donut wells in it.

Instructions

  1. Use an immersion blender to mix all ingredients thoroughly. You could also use a stand up blender and place all the ingredients in it.
  2. Heat donut maker up and spray with coconut oil. Pour batter into each well of the donut maker.
  3. Let cook for 3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Remove donuts from the donut maker and set aside to cool. Repeat process with the rest of the batter.
