This is the perfect fall dessert to prove to your friends that you can still have desert with the keto lifestyle. I love pumpkin and the addition of chocolate chips is a plus. I slice them and wrap them individually so I can grab them to take with me to work. I even eat one for a quick breakfast on the run. They last a few days as long as you can keep your husband from eating them all in one day.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a 9 in square pan.
  2. Sift together the first 3 ingredients.
  3. Melt the butter and in a medium bowl mix together with the puree, egg, vanilla, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
  4. Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet ones. Mix until smooth. Then stir in the chocolate chips.
  5. Transfer to the pan and bake in oven 18-20 minutes. Allow to cool and slice into 16 servings.
