Low Carb Protein Pancakes

These pancakes are made with protein powder so they use very little flour. They taste great though. Remember to be careful not to overcook the pancakes since they burn so easily. I like to add blueberries to mine but some crumbled bacon would also be great.

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the dry ingredients. Set aside.
  2. Mix together the wet ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry. Whisk together just until combined.(If you like you can add in some berries, chocolate chips, or any other ingredient you might like. Remember the add ins will change the macros.)
  3. Heat an oiled skillet to medium high. Pour the batter approximately 1/4 cup into the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the top of the pancakes. Flip and cook on the other side for another minute.
  4. Enjoy the finished pancakes with sugar free syrup and butter of course.
