Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a mini muffin pan with paper liners.
  2. Melt the butter. In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. Add the butters and eggs and mix with a hand mixer. Lastly add the water and vanilla and continue to mix. The batter will be thick.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips. Divide the batter evenly into the muffin cups.
  4. Bake for 11 minutes. Place on a cooling rack and let cool before eating.
