- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a mini muffin pan with paper liners.
- Melt the butter. In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. Add the butters and eggs and mix with a hand mixer. Lastly add the water and vanilla and continue to mix. The batter will be thick.
- Fold in the chocolate chips. Divide the batter evenly into the muffin cups.
- Bake for 11 minutes. Place on a cooling rack and let cool before eating.
