- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a muffin pan with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients until well mixed.
- Melt the butter. Add to the dry ingredients and mix.
- Add the eggs and almond milk to the bowl and mix with a fork. Next mix in the cheese until well incorporated.
- Spoon the batter into 8 muffin cups. Bake for 22 minutes. Muffins are done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool and then enjoy.
