Muffins are a great breakfast food or snack anytime. This recipe is for a savory muffin that is full of fat. These muffins are great with bacon and eggs but also would be great with soup for complete lunch or dinner.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a muffin pan with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients until well mixed.
  3. Melt the butter. Add to the dry ingredients and mix.
  4. Add the eggs and almond milk to the bowl and mix with a fork. Next mix in the cheese until well incorporated.
  5. Spoon the batter into 8 muffin cups. Bake for 22 minutes. Muffins are done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool and then enjoy.
