- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin pan with paper liners.
- Whisk together all the dry ingredients until well mixed.
- Melt the butter. Add the melted butter to the dry mix.
- Add the almond milk, eggs, and vanilla to the the mix. Fold in the blueberries.
- Pour the batter into the lined muffin cups
- Bake for 20 minute or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Let cool and enjoy with spread of butter.
