Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef along with garlic, salt, peppering onion powder.
  2. Drain the grease from the beef and place in the bottom of a 9X13 pan.
  3. Cook bacon. Crumble cooked bacon and sprinkle over ground beef.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, tomato paste, and heavy cream. Mix until well combined.
  5. Stir half the shredded cheese into egg mixture.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and ground beef. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the top.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Enjoy with a nice salad.
  8. Note: You could add any vegetable you like to the casserole. Just remember to adjust the macros.
