Loaded Tuna Salad

For most people tuna is a staple on a keto diet. Just having tuna and mayo can get very boring though. This tuna salad has a bit more pizazz than your typical tuna salad. It does take a little more work but it is definitely worth it. I have even put in in a low carb tortilla and found it even more fulfilling.

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon, chop onion and boil egg.
  2. Open tuna and drain and place in a small bowl.
  3. Add chopped onion and egg.
  4. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
  5. Top with crumbled bacon.
