- Cook bacon, chop onion and boil egg.
- Open tuna and drain and place in a small bowl.
- Add chopped onion and egg.
- Add all other ingredients and mix well.
- Top with crumbled bacon.
For most people tuna is a staple on a keto diet. Just having tuna and mayo can get very boring though. This tuna salad has a bit more pizazz than your typical tuna salad. It does take a little more work but it is definitely worth it. I have even put in in a low carb tortilla and found it even more fulfilling.
