- Slice the cabbage and celery.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add the garlic, cabbage, celery and bay leaves. Cook until tender.
- Make sure the meat is cut into bite sized pieces. Add the meat, salt and pepper to the skillet. Cook until the meat is browned.
- Place everything into a crockpot. Pour in the bone broth and cover. Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Chop up the asparagus. When the crockpot is finished, add the asparagus and stir to mix in.
- Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
