Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 4 large Eggs
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Liquid Stevia
- 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
- 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 cup Sukrin Gold
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- [Pumpkin Glaze] 1 cup Powdered Swerve
- [Pumpkin Glaze] 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- [Pumpkin Glaze] 2 tsp Coconut Milk, Full Fat
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a donut pan with cooking spray.
- Mix the first six ingredients until well combined.
- Whisk all the dry ingredients together. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Continue to mix while adding the ingredients. Mix until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the batter into the donut wells. They should be approximately 3/4 full.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes until donuts are golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool before adding glaze.
- Stir the glaze ingredients together until smooth. add more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
- Drizzle over the cooled donuts and enjoy.
