Pumpkin spice is usually for the Fall but these donuts will make you want to have pumpkin anytime of year. They have a cake-like texture and are great as is. Adding a glaze to them just makes them even more delicious.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a donut pan with cooking spray.
  2. Mix the first six ingredients until well combined.
  3. Whisk all the dry ingredients together. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Continue to mix while adding the ingredients. Mix until the batter is smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the donut wells. They should be approximately 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 15-17 minutes until donuts are golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool before adding glaze.
  6. Stir the glaze ingredients together until smooth. add more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
  7. Drizzle over the cooled donuts and enjoy.
