This is so easy it only has 4 ingredients. The hardest part is grinding the pecans. Make sure to grind them as fine as possible.

If you want something sweet and need it quick , this may be the recipe for you. They will become soft after a day but are still good.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the pecans in a food processor and chop as fine as possible.
  3. Place egg in a large bowl and whisk lightly. Add the ground pecans, Swerve, and cinnamon and mix well.
  4. Divide the mix into 12, approximately a tablespoon size. Put on lined cookie sheet leaving a little space between the cookies.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes until they are firm. Let cool slightly then place on cooling rack.
  6. Store in an airtight container.
