If you miss your oatmeal, this is the recipe for you. Chia seeds are okay but they get a little gummy. Hemp hearts are a great replacement and the texture is closer to that of oats. They are also omega rich.

You just need to mix all the ingredients and leave them to soak overnight. It could not be easier. I like to add a few berries and then have a satisfying breakfast.

Instructions

  1. Stir all the ingredients together. Place in a container with a lid. Place in fridge overnight at least 8 hours.
  2. The next morning add some more milk if you like until the desired consistency is reached.
  3. Divide into 2 servings. Add toppings if desired.
