These buns are very versatile. The basic recipe without the spices is plain. It is similar to an english muffin when toasted. You can experiment with spices and use whatever ones you might prefer. The garlic and rosemary work well but I am a garlic fan so I might be partial to it.
These can be frozen so you can make a batch or two and always have them on hand. You will use them for burger buns or just as bread to eat with your meal. When they are plain I love to put peanut butter and jelly on them.
