A nice breakfast muffin. The combination of cinnamon and orange is perfect. The aroma as they are baking will make your whole house smell wonderful. They taste and smell so good you might want to bake some everyday.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin pan with paper liners.
  2. Melt the butter. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and baking soda.
  3. Add the butter and eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix well then add in the orange zest and lemon juice. Next add stevia until desired taste.
  4. Spoon into muffin cups. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Muffins are done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
