This is a quick easy recipe. It also is chocolate! What could be better? Peanut butter is what is called for but any nut butter can be used. You also can leave out the chocolate chips, but why would you do that?

This will be your new go to snack or dessert. Anytime you have a craving this will curb it. You could also make a few and freeze them.

Instructions

  1. In a large mug, mix together the dry ingredients.
  2. Add the peanut butter and egg. Stir until mixed in. Add a tablespoon of almond milk and stir. Add more milk if needed.(Taste for sweetness. Add more sweetener if needed. I add less then add a little more if needed.)
  3. Microwave for 60 seconds. If needed add 10 seconds depending on your microwave.
