Instructions

  1. Shred the cooked chicken into pieces.
  2. Preheat oven 350 degrees.
  3. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in an oven safe skillet.
  4. Add all the ingredients except for the chicken and broccoli to the skillet and whisk together. Cook on low for 5 minutes while continuing to whisk.
  5. Steam the broccoli until tender.
  6. Add the chicken and broccoli to the creamy sauce, stirring to combine.
  7. Top with the cheese and bacon. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  8. Broil for 2-3 minutes to make the cheese bubbly. Remove from oven and enjoy.
