- Melt the ghee and let cool slightly. Do not use hot.
- Put the cream cheese, eggs, ghee, and syrup in a bowl and blend with a hand blender until smooth.
- Pour the mix into a mug or small bowl and stir in the almond flour. Next stir in the berries.
- Microwave for 4 minutes.
- In another bowl, blend the cream and brown sugar syrup until mixture stiffens.
- Let the finished cake cool for a minute or so then top with the whipped cream.
