  1. Cut bacon into pieces. Fry in a skillet until nice and brown.
  2. Add the onion, garlic and ground beef to the skillet and cook until ground beef is done.

  4. Add the cream cheese along with the salt and pepper . Stir until the cream cheese is well incorporated.
  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 casserole dish. Pour the ground beef mixture into the dish.
  6. Whisk the eggs, heavy cream, mustard and 1 cup of the cheese together. Add salt and pepper than pour over the top of the ground beef. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the top of the casserole.
  7. Bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes. Cheese should be nice and golden.
  8. Serve with a nice salad and you have the perfect meal.
