Ingredients
- [Beef Layer] 1 medium Onion, Chopped
- [Beef Layer] 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- [Beef Layer] 1 1/2 lbs Ground Beef
- [Beef Layer] 2 oz Cream Cheese
- [Beef Layer] 3 slices Bacon
- [Beef Layer] To Taste Salt and Pepper
- [Cheese layer] 3 large Eggs, Room Temperature
- [Cheese layer] 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- [Cheese layer] 1 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese
- [Cheese layer] 2 tbsp Mustard
Instructions
- Cut bacon into pieces. Fry in a skillet until nice and brown.
- Add the onion, garlic and ground beef to the skillet and cook until ground beef is done.

- Add the cream cheese along with the salt and pepper . Stir until the cream cheese is well incorporated.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 casserole dish. Pour the ground beef mixture into the dish.
- Whisk the eggs, heavy cream, mustard and 1 cup of the cheese together. Add salt and pepper than pour over the top of the ground beef. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the top of the casserole.
- Bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes. Cheese should be nice and golden.
- Serve with a nice salad and you have the perfect meal.
