This is an easy meal for breakfast or dinner. You can get your protein and fats all together. If you like, you could refrigerate half and have half for breakfast and half for dinner. It is very filling so you won't want to overdo it the rest of the day.

Instructions

  1. Place the butter and oil in a skillet on medium high. Add the chopped onions to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add in the ground beef. Break apart the beef and cook with the onions until browned.
  3. Beat the eggs and then add to the skillet. Add the salt and pepper to taste. Stir and cook for a couple minutes.
  4. Divide in half and serve.
