- Heat the coconut oil in a heavy skillet. When the oil is hot, add in the mushrooms. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add in the almonds and cook for about a minute. Add the ground beef, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until the beef is cooked through. About 5-6 minutes.
- Sir in the almond butter, capers and olives and combine well. Stir in the spinach and cook a few minutes until mixed in well.
- Spoon into 4 bowls and enjoy.
