An easy one dish meal. It is also quick to prepare at the last minute. This dish can go from skillet to plate in less than 20 minutes. This recipe is for 2 servings. Just double it if you are feeding more.

Instructions

  1. Heat half the butter in a skillet big enough for the beef and broccoli.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned completely. Add in the red pepper along with the salt and pepper.
  3. Add the broccoli along with the rest of the butter. Cook for 5-6 minutes until broccoli is fork tender.
  4. The dish is ready to serve alone or with a side of cauliflower rice.( A dollop of mayonnaise on top is delicious . Remember to change the macro count if you do add it.)
