- Heat half the butter in a skillet big enough for the beef and broccoli.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned completely. Add in the red pepper along with the salt and pepper.
- Add the broccoli along with the rest of the butter. Cook for 5-6 minutes until broccoli is fork tender.
- The dish is ready to serve alone or with a side of cauliflower rice.( A dollop of mayonnaise on top is delicious . Remember to change the macro count if you do add it.)
