- Put the coconut, seeds and nuts in a roasting pan with high sides.
- Melt the coconut oil. Add the syrup and spices to the melted oil.
- Pour the melted oil over the dry mix. Stir with a wooden spoon, making sure the dry mix is well coated with the oil mixture.
- Place roasting pan in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. The granola will burn easily so turn it with a spoon every 3 minutes.
- After mixture cools, place in airtight container for storage. The granola will keep for a week or two.
