I could eat pizza for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This pizza is a great addition to the keto lifestyle. It does take little bit of work to get the dough right but it is worth it.

This recipe makes 2 pizzas so you will probably have enough for leftovers. A great way to heat the leftover slices is by placing in frying pan and heat at medium until cheese I melting.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Microwave mozzarella cheese for 40-50 seconds or until completely melted and pliable.
  3. Add the rest of the pizza ingredients (EXCEPT for toppings) to the cheese and mix together well with your hands.
  4. Using your hands or a rolling pin, flatten the dough and form a circle.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, and remove pizza from the oven. Top the pizza with the toppings and bake for another 8-10 minutes.
  6. Remove pizza from the oven and let cool.
