- Mix together all dry ingredients.
- Mix in the wet ingredients, trying to get as consistent of a texture as possible.
- In a pan, heat butter and coconut oil to medium-high heat.
- Add 1/4 Cup batter into the pan and turn the stove to medium-low heat.
- Once they bubble on top, let them sit for a minute more to fully cook on the bottom. Flip them after they're set on the bottom and sides.
- Cook through on the other side and serve with butter and sugar free/homemade low carb maple syrup.
