Instructions

  1. Mix together all dry ingredients.
  2. Mix in the wet ingredients, trying to get as consistent of a texture as possible.
  3. In a pan, heat butter and coconut oil to medium-high heat.
  4. Add 1/4 Cup batter into the pan and turn the stove to medium-low heat.
  5. Once they bubble on top, let them sit for a minute more to fully cook on the bottom. Flip them after they're set on the bottom and sides.
  6. Cook through on the other side and serve with butter and sugar free/homemade low carb maple syrup.
