Instructions

  1. Brown ground meat till fully cooked.
  2. While meat is browning, place cream cheese, Rotel, and taco seasoning into crock pot.
  3. Drain any grease off of meat and put meat in the crockpot. Stir to combine with cheese and Rotel.
  4. Pour chicken broth over meat and cheese.
  5. Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
  6. Before serving stir in cilantro.
  7. Garnish with shredded cheese.
