Crockpot Pepper Jack Cauliflower

This is definitely one of my favorite cauliflower recipes. It is also one of the easiest.Throw everything in the crockpot and forget about it.Cauliflower that's not only cheesy but has a slight kick to it as well. You could use a different cheese but the pepper jack gives it a great flavor.

Servings: 6

Split into 6 equal portions.

Instructions

  1. Grease the inside of a 4 to 6 quart slow cooker.
  2. Add the cauliflower, cream cheese, whipping cream, butter, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook on low for 3 hours. Cook the bacon and set aside.
  4. Add the Pepper Jack and stir to combine.
  5. Continue to cook another 30 minutes to an hour, until cauliflower is fork tender.
  6. Add bacon crumbles and serve.
