First let me just say I love grits. Grits, eggs and cheese is one of my favorite breakfasts. This recipe will fool you into thinking that you're actually having grits. It is also very easy, considering you just throw everything into a crockpot. I can eat these for breakfast or dinner. I like to add cheddar cheese on top of my serving to give it even more of a traditional taste.

Instructions

  1. Place cauliflower flowerettes in a food processor and pulse until small pieces of “rice.”
  2. Place all the ingredients in a 4-quart slow cooker and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until the cauliflower is soft.
