- Cook bacon in a large skillet. Remove from pan. Leave bacon grease in pan to cook the chicken thighs.
- Salt and pepper the chicken thighs. Place skillet and cook 4 minutes on each side. Chicken should be cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add the butter to the skillet until melted. Add the garlic and cook about a minute. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
- Add in the heavy cream and parmesan. Stir until it begins to thicken. Add the bacon back in and stir. Add in the chicken and toss it around to coat thoroughly. For the finishing touch sprinkle the feta on top and remove from the heat.(This is great by itself but served on top of zoodles is the best way to enjoy)
