Cream cheese you say? Yes, I say cream cheese and I say it because cream cheese is awesome. You might want to leave the cream cheese out overnight so it softens up and is easier to work with.

Servings: 2

Split into 2 equal portions. If you eat both servings make sure you double the macros given.

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine eggs, whipping cream, salt, and pepper sprinkle.
  2. Beat lightly with a fork.
  3. In a medium saucepan, melt butter and add egg mixture.
  4. Add cream cheese cut into small pieces. Allow eggs to begin setting around edges. Lift and fold eggs, so that uncooked portions flow freely underneath.
  5. Continue cooking in this manner until eggs are set.
