There are a lot of variations on cream cheese pancakes. Cream cheese and eggs are the base for all of them. The other ingredients vary slightly. This recipe makes thin pancakes but they taste delicious. You can top them with sugar free syrup or some berries and powdered sweetener.

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Let batter sit for a few minutes. Heat a skillet on medium and oil.
  3. Pour 1/3 of the batter into the skillet. Cook until sides brown and bubbles have appeared on top. Flip the pancake and cook another minute.
  4. Top with butter and sugar free syrup. Berries and powdered sweetener would also be great.
