Instructions

  1. Put all wet ingredients into the blender. Blend until mixed.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Let rest for 2 minutes so the bubbles can settle.
  4. Pour ΒΌ of the batter into a hot pan greased with butter or pam spray. Cook for 2 minutes until golden, flip and cook 1 minute on the other side. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
