Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and butter an 8x8 pan. I used parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until whipped.
  3. Mix in egg, vanilla, and 12 drops liquid stevia until well combined. Set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, beat eggs until they are frothy.
  5. Stir in powdered erythritol and let stand about 5 minutes.
  6. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and chocolate for 30-second intervals stirring between heatings, until chocolate is completely melted.
  7. Add vanilla, salt, baking powder and melted chocolate to the bowl with the eggs and stir well.
  8. Slowly stir in coconut flour (in 1 tbsp increments works best).
  9. Once mixed, spread 3/4 of the brownie mixture into the prepared pan.
  10. Spoon the cream cheese mixture on top and smooth it around.
  11. Spread the rest of the brownie mixture on top of the cream cheese mixture to create a marbled look.
  12. Bake 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
