Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites and other liquids together.
  2. Add coconut and mix. Spread mixture on a parchment lined cookie sheet. You should have about 10 circles of the mixture.(Remember these are cookies so they don't have to be perfect.)
  3. Preheat the oven to 375F, when you put the macaroons in, reduce the heat to 325F and bake for 14 minutes.
